GerardSoGreat.com uses only the information needed to operate the music experience, remember certain choices on your device, understand aggregate site activity, manage membership and, when activated, confirm paid song access.
Information you provide
If you join Enter the World, the site stores the email address you submit and the source of that signup. If account or purchase features are activated later, additional information needed to restore access may be associated with your account.
Listening and device preferences
The site can store Continue Listening position, visited Gerard worlds, sound preference and similar experience settings in your browser. This device storage is used to make return visits more useful and is not treated as proof of a paid entitlement.
Cookies and local storage
GerardSoGreat.com currently uses browser storage for experience features such as Continue Listening and Gerard Passport. The site does not currently add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for these features. This disclosure will be updated before any new non-essential tracking technology is introduced.
Aggregate analytics
The website may record aggregate counts such as site entries, preview plays, release selections, shares and Visual World opens. The current analytics design stores event totals by hour for up to 180 days and does not intentionally store names, email addresses, payment-card details or a user-level browsing profile in those analytics records.
Payments
Live payments are not yet activated. When they are, payment processing is intended to be handled by Stripe. GerardSoGreat.com will use payment confirmation and transaction references needed to grant or restore song access, but should not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Video and third-party links
Native Visual Worlds are hosted for the Gerard So Great experience. If you follow links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, VEVO, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Instagram, TikTok, Kick or another external service, that service's privacy practices apply.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. Email communications will include an unsubscribe method once outbound email delivery is activated. Privacy or data requests can be sent to contact@gerardsogreat.com.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect site data. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, security, dispute handling and access restoration.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the custom domain, account system, email delivery and live payments are activated. Material changes should be reflected here before those features are launched.
